Cancellation Policy
At Champ Tours & Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our cancellation terms below:

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable service charges or third-party fees.

Cancellations made between 15–29 days before departure will be refunded 50% of the booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

No-Shows & Early Departures

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date (“no-show”) or who leave before the end of their trip will not be eligible for any refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we are forced to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, government regulations, or operational issues), customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Special/Peak Season Bookings

Bookings made during peak travel seasons, holidays, or festivals may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Modifications

Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Refund Processing
